1 Sicherheitshinweise

Die Betriebsanleitung ist Bestandteil des Produktes und

enthält wichtige Hinweise zum korrekten Gebrauch.

• Lesen Sie die Betriebsanleitung vollständig und sorgfäl-

tig vor Gebrauch.

Die Betriebsanleitung muss bei Unsicherheiten und Weiter-

gabe des Produktes verfügbar sein.

• Bewahren Sie die Betriebsanleitung auf.

• Öffnen Sie niemals das Gehäuse.

• Modizieren Sie Produkt und Zubehör nicht.

• Schließen Sie Anschlüsse und Schaltkreise nicht kurz.

2 Beschreibung und Funktion

2.1 Produkt

Das Produkt ist ein Adapterkabel, dass ein VGA- und ein

Audiosignal in ein HDMI™-Signal konvertiert. Über den

USB-A-Anschluss wird das Adapterkabel mit Strom ver-

sorgt.

3 Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch

Dieses Produkt ist ausschließlich für den privaten

Gebrauch und den dafür vorgesehenen Zweck

geeignet. Dieses Produkt ist nicht für den gewerb-

lichen Gebrauch bestimmt.

Eine andere als in Kapitel „Beschreibung und Funktion“

bzw. in den „Sicherheitshinweisen“ beschriebene Verwen-

dung ist nicht gestattet. Dieses Produkt darf nur in trocke-

nen Innenräumen benutzt werden. Das Nichtbeachten und

Nichteinhalten dieser Bestimmungen und der Sicherheits-

hinweise kann zu schweren Unfällen, Personen- und Sach-

schäden führen.

4 Vorbereitung

1. Kontrollieren Sie den Lieferumfang auf Vollständigkeit

und Unversehrtheit.

2. Vergleichen Sie die technischen Daten aller zu verwen-

denden Geräte und stellen Sie die Kompatibilität sicher.

5 Anschluss und Bedienung

1. Verbinden Sie den 3,5-mm-Klinkenstecker (1) dem Au-

dioausgang Ihres PCs.

2. Verbinden Sie den VGA-Stecker (2) mit einer VGA-

Buchse Ihres PCs.

3. Verbinden Sie den USB-Stecker (3) mit einer USB-

Buchse Ihres PCs.

4. Verbinden Sie die HDMI™-Buchse (4) über ein geeigne-

tes Anschlusskabel mit einem Ausgabegerät.

Anschlusskabel sind nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten.

Vor, während und nach dem Betrieb sind keine Bedienele-

mente zu bedienen. Vor und während des Betriebs ist kei-

ne Softwareinstallation nötig.

Ab- und Wiedereinstecken der Geräte kann bei Fehlern

zur Behebung dienen.

6 Wartung, Pege, Lagerung und

Transport

Das Produkt ist wartungsfrei.

ACHTUNG! Sachschäden

• Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen nur ein trockenes und

weiches Tuch.

• Verwenden Sie keine Reinigungsmittel und Chemika-

lien.

• Lagern Sie das Produkt bei längerem Nichtgebrauch

für Kinder unzugänglich und in trockener und staubge-

schützter Umgebung.

• Lagern Sie das Produkt kühl und trocken.

• Heben Sie die Originalverpackung für den Trans-

port auf.

7 Entsorgungshinweise

7.1 Produkt

Elektrische und elektronische Geräte dürfen nach

der europäischen WEEE Richtlinie nicht mit dem

Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Deren Bestandteile

müssen getrennt der Wiederverwertung oder Ent-

sorgung zugeführt werden, weil giftige und gefährliche Be-

standteile bei unsachgemäßer Entsorgung die Gesundheit

und Umwelt nachhaltig schädigen können.

2 Description and function

2.1 Product

The product is an adapter cable that converts a VGA and

an audio signal into an HDMI™ signal. Power is supplied to

the adapter cable via the USB-A connector.

3 Intended use

This product is intended exclusively for private

use and its intended purpose. This product is not

intended for commercial use.

We do not permit using the device in other ways like descri-

bed in chapter „Description and Function“ or in the „Safe-

ty Instructions“. Use the product only in dry interior rooms.

Not attending to these regulations and safety instructions

might cause fatal accidents, injuries, and damages to per-

sons and property.

4 Preparation

1. Check the scope of delivery for completeness and in-

tegrity.

2. Compare the specications of all used devices and en-

sure compatibility.

5 Connection and operation

1. Connect the 3.5 mm jack plug (1) to the audio output

of your PC.

2. Connect the VGA plug (2) to a VGA socket of your PC.

3. Connect the USB plug (3) to a USB socket on your PC.

4. Connect the HDMI™ socket (4) to an output device

using a suitable connection cable.

Connection cables are not included in the scope of de-

livery.

No controls need to be operated before, during and af-

ter use. No software installation is necessary before and

during use.

Unplugging and replugging the devices may serve to rec-

tify faults.

6 Maintenance, Care, Storage and

Transportation

The product is maintenance-free.

NOTICE! Material damage

• Only use a dry and soft cloth for cleaning.

• Do not use detergents or chemicals.

• Store the product out the reach of children and in a dry

and dust-protected ambience when not in use.

• Store cool and dry.

• Keep and use the original packaging for transport.

7 Disposal instructions

7.1 Product

According to the European WEEE directive, electri-

cal and electronic equipment must not be disposed

with consumers waste. Its components must be re-

cycled or disposed apart from each other. Otherwi-

se contaminative and hazardous substances can damage

the health and pollute the environment.

As a consumer, you are committed by law to dispose elect-

rical and electronic devices to the producer, the dealer, or

public collecting points at the end of the devices lifetime for

free. Particulars are regulated in national right. The symbol

on the product, in the user manual, or at the packaging all-

udes to these terms. With this kind of waste separation, ap-

plication, and waste disposal of used devices you achieve

an important share to environmental protection.

7.2 Packaging

Packaging can be disposed of free of charge at the

suitable collection points – paper belongs in paper

bins, plastics belong in yellow sacks and glass be-

longs in used glass bins.
