①Besleme Girişi: Cihazın giriş gerilimi bağlan noktasıdır. Bu kısım cihaz gövdesinde L

(Line) ve N (Neutral) ile gösterilmektedir.

Topraklama bağlansı için cihaz üstünde topraklama terminali bulunmaktadır. Bu terminal

güvenlik standartlarında belirlen koruyucu topraklama terminalidir ve daima

topraklanmalıdır.

②DC Çıkış: Cihazın DC çıkış kısmıdır. DC çıkışın polaritesi (+) ve (-) ile gövde üzerinde

gösterilmektedir. Bu noktalardan cihaz ayarlanabilen DC çıkış gerilimini vermektedir.

③ Durum Gösterge LED’i (DC ON): Cihaza besleme gerilimi verildiğinde cihazın

çalışğının ve çıkış gerilimi üreğini göstermektedir.

Normal çalışma modu: DC ON LED’i yanar.

④DC Gerilim Ayarı: Cihazın DC çıkış gerilimi potansiyometresidir. Cihaza enerji verdikten

sonra potansiyometre sağa doğru çevrilerek çıkış gerilimi arrılabilir veya ters yönde

çevrilerek azallabilir. Bu şekilde çıkış gerilimi beyan edilen aralık içinde değişrilebilir.

Cihaz Yapısı

① Giriş

- Bu kısım PS-1202’nin Line (Hat) ve Neutral (Nötr) besleme girişidir.

- 85-265 VAC & 110-350 VDC giriş gerilimi L ve N uçları kullanarak bağlanabilir.

-Cihaz, içerisinde bulunan dahili bir sigorta ile koruma alndadır. Ancak DC giriş gerilimi

uygulanacak ise uygun bir harici sigorta kullanılması tavsiye edilir.

② Çıkış

- Bu kısım PS-1202’nin DC gerilim çıkışıdır.

- DC çıkışın pozif (+) ve negaf (-) kısımları belirlmişr.

- Çıkış gerilimi 24 VDC’dir.

Çıkış gerilimi cihaz üzerindeki potansiyometre ile 20.7 – 27.6 VDC arasında ayarlanabilir.

- Cihaz çıkışı kısa devreye karşı korumalıdır.

- Cihaz çıkışı kısa devre olduğunda cihaz tamamen kapanır ve kısa devre durumu

geçince otomak olarak tekrar çalışır.

Koruma Özellikleri

Aşırı Yük Koruması: Normal sıcaklıkta cihaz 150 W ve üstü güç çekmeye çalışğında

otomak olarak aşırı akım koruması devreye girer. Çıkış gerilimi ürelmez ve DC ON LED’i

söner. Yük durumu normale döndüğünde cihaz otomak olarak çalışmaya başlar ve DC ON

LED’i yanar.

Çıkış Kısa Devre Koruması: Kısa devre durumu oluştuğunda çıkış devre koruması otomak

devreye girer. Çıkış gerilimi ürelmez ve DC ON LED’i söner. Yük durumu normale

döndüğünde cihaz otomak olarak çalışmaya başlar ve DC ON LED’i yanar.

Aşırı Sıcaklık (Termal) Koruması: Kutu için sıcaklığın aşırı artması durumunda termal

koruma otomak devreye girer. Çıkış gerilimi ürelmez ve DC ON LED’i söner. Yük durumu

normale döndüğünde cihaz otomak olarak çalışmaya başlar ve DC ON LED’i yanar.

operaon of the device. Before mounng the device, please read this user manual

carefully and pay aenon to warnings.

Precauon for Installaon and Safe Use

• Do not open the device under any circumstances. An opened device’s warranty will

become void.

• The device must be mounted only by qualied people with necessary precauons

against electric shock in place. Incorrect connecon may create dangerous result for

people and environment. Incorrect connecon may result in permanent damage to the

performance of the device.

• Disconnect device supply before you energize the device or remove the device from

mains.

• Supply input of the device must be connected according to EN 60950 standards.

• A supply voltage greater than 265 VAC may result in an explosion in the device or in

damages to the user.

• Device supply must be at a sucient power capacity and must comply with security standards.

• Cable connected to the outputs of the device must be suitable for the maximum

current that PS-1202 can provide.

• Aer device connecon is nished, connecon points must be protected against

accidental contacts.

General

PS-1202 is a 120 W (24 VDC, 5 A) switch mode power supply that can be safely used in

industrial applicaon and building automaon with its slim design and wide supply range

of 85-265 VAC & 110-350 VDC.

①Supply Voltage: It is the input voltage connecon point. It is shown with L (Line) ve N

(Neutral) on the device.

There is a ground terminal on the device for ground connecon. This is the protecve

earth terminal specied in the terminal safety standards and must always be grounded.

②DC Output: It is DC output of the device and its polarity is shown with (+) and (-) on

the device. Device supplies adjustable DC output voltage from these connecon points.

③Status Indicaon LED (DC ON): It indicates that device is working and it generates an

output voltage when supply voltage applied to device.

Normal operaon mode: DC ON LED is on.

When there is no energy:

DC ON LED is o. (in case of short circuit, overload or overheang)

Overvoltage on output: DC ON LED blinks

④DC Seng Range: It is DC voltage adjustment trimpot of the device. Aer the device

energizes, the output voltage can be increased by turning the adjustment trimpot

clockwise or can be decreased by turning the adjustment trimpot counter clockwise. The

output voltage can be adjusted in the specied range in this way.

Block Diagram

① Input

- This part is Line (L) and Neutral (N) supply inputs of PS-1202.

- 85-265 VAC & 110-350 VDC input voltage can be connected by using L and N terminals.

- The device is protected by an internal fuse. However, it is recommended to use a

suitable external fuse if the DC input voltage is applied.

② Output

- This part is DC voltage output of PS-1202.

- Posive and negave parts of the output voltage are shown with (+) and (-).

- Output voltage is 24 VDC.

- Output voltage can be adjusted between 20.7 – 27.6 VDC values by using adjustment

trimpot on the device.

- Device output is protected against short circuit.

- When the output is short circuit, device turns o completely and turns on automacally

again aer the short circuit condion is resolved.

Protecon Features

Overload Protecon: When the device aempts to draw power at 150 W and more

at normal temperature, the overload protecon is acvated. The output voltage is not

generated and DC ON LED turns o. When the load condion returns to normal, the

device starts automacally and DC ON LED turns on.

Output Short Circuit Protecon: When a short circuit occurs in output, the output

short circuit protecon is acvated automacally. The output voltage is not generated

and DC ON LED turns o. When the load condion returns to normal, the device starts

automacally and DC ON LED turns on.

Thermal Protecon: When the box’s temperature increases excessively, thermal

protecon is acvated automacally. The output voltage is not generated and DC ON LED

turns o. When the load condion returns to normal, the device starts automacally and

DC ON LED turns on.

Montaj / Mounng / Montage

Not: Cihazı dik olarak monte ediniz. Cihaz monte edilirken DC çıkış kısmının üst tarata

gelecek şekilde monte edilmesi tavsiye edilir.

Cihazın havalandırmasına dikkat ederek monte ediniz. Monte edildikten sonra PS-1202 ile

yanındaki cihazlar arasında 2 cm boşluk bırakılması önerilir.

Note: Mount the device vercally. It is recommended that DC output side should be top

when mounng the device.

Mind the device’s venlaon when mounng the device. Aer the mounng, it is

recommended to leave 2 cm space between PS-1202 and device next to it.

Hinweis: Das Gerät ist für die Montage auf einer horizontalen 35mm Hutschiene

vorgesehen. Es wird empfohlen, dass der DC-Ausgang bei der Montage des Geräts oben

liegt.

Achten Sie auf die Belüung des Geräts, wenn Sie das Gerät moneren. Nach der

Montage wird empfohlen, zwischen dem PS-1202 und dem daneben bendlichen Gerät

einen Belüungsabstand von 2 cm zu lassen.

Hinweise zum sicheren Einbau und Betrieb

• Önen Sie das Gerät in keinem Fall. Die Garane eines geöneten Geräts wird ungülg.

• Das Gerät darf nur von qualiziertem Personal mit den

erforderlichen Vorsichtsmaßnahmen gegen elektrischen Schlag monert werden. Eine

falsche Verbindung kann zu gefährlichen Folgen für Personal und Umwelt führen. Ein

falscher Anschluss kann den dauerhaen Leistungsabfall des Geräts verursachen.

• Schalten Sie die Stromnetz ab, bevor Sie das Gerät am Netz anschließen oder vom Netz trennen.

• Der Versorgungseingang des Geräts muss gemäß den Normen EN 60950 angeschlossen sein.

• Eine Versorgungsspannung von mehr als 265 VAC kann zu einer Explosion im Gerät

oder zu einer Beschädigung des Benutzers führen.

• Die Geräteversorgung muss eine ausreichende Leistungskapazität haben und den

Sicherheitsnormen entsprechen.

• Das an die Ausgänge des Geräts angeschlossene Kabel muss für den maximalen Strom

geeignet sein, den der PS-1202 liefern kann.

• Nach dem Geräteanschluss müssen die Anschlusspunkte vor versehentlichem Kontakt

geschützt werden.

Allgemeine Informaon

PS-1202 ist ein Schaltnetzteil mit 120 W (24 VDC, 5 A), das mit seinem schlanken Design und

seinem breiten Spannungsbereich von 85-265 VAC und 110-350 VDC sicher in industriellen

Anwendungen und in der Gebäudeautomaon eingesetzt werden kann.

①Versorgungsspannung: Anschluss für die Eingangsspannung. Die Anschlussklemmen werden

am Gerät mit L (Line) und N (Neutral) angezeigt.

Am Gerät bendet sich eine Erdungsklemme für die Erdverbindung. Dies ist die Schutzerdungsklemme

die

in den Sicherheitsnormen der Klemme angegeben ist, und muss immer geerdet sein.

②DC-Ausgang:

Der Gleichstromausgang des Geräts. Seine Polarität wird am Gerät mit (+) und (-)

angezeigt. Das Gerät liefert an diesen Anschlusspunkten eine einstellbare Ausgangsspannung

③ Status-LED (DC ON): Es zeigt an, dass das Gerät betriebt und eine Ausgangsspannung

erzeugt, wenn die Versorgungsspannung an das Gerät angelegt wird.

Normaler Betriebsmodus: DC ON-LED leuchtet.

Wenn keine Energie vorhanden ist: DC ON-LED ist aus. (bei Kurzschluss, Überlastung oder Überhitzung)

Überspannung am Ausgang: DC ON-LED blinkt.

④DC Gerilim Ayarı: DC-Einstellbereich: Das Trimmpotenometer, das DC-Ausgangsspannung

des Geräts einstellt. Nachdem das Gerät eingeschaltet ist, kann die Ausgangsspannung durch

Drehen des Einstell-Trimpots im Uhrzeigersinn erhöht werden oder durch Drehen des Einstell-

Trimpots gegen den Uhrzeigersinn verringert werden. Die Ausgangsspannung kann auf diese

Weise im angegebenen Bereich eingestellt werden.

① Eingang

-Bei diesem Teil handelt es sich um die Line (L) und Neutral (N)-Versorgungseingänge des PS-1202.

-Die Eingangsspannung von 85-265 VAC und 110-350 VDC kann an den Klemmen L und N angeschlossen

werden.

-Das Gerät ist durch eine interne Sicherung geschützt. Es wird jedoch empfohlen, eine geeignete

externe Sicherung zu verwenden, wenn eine Gleichstromquelle als Eingangsspannung angelegt wird.

② Ausgang

-Bei diesem Teil bendet sich der Gleichspannungsausgang des PS-1202.

-Posive und negave Teile der Ausgangsspannung werden mit (+) und (-) angezeigt.

-Die Ausgangsspannung beträgt 24 VDC.

-Die Ausgangsspannung kann zwischen 20,7 und 27,6 VDC eingestellt werden, indem Sie am

Gerät ein Trimmpotenometer verwenden.

-Geräteausgang ist gegen Kurzschluss geschützt.

-Wenn der Ausgang kurzgeschlossen ist, schaltet sich das Gerät vollständig aus und schaltet sich

automasch wieder ein, wenn der Kurzschluss vorbei ist.

Schutzfunkonen

Überlastschutz: Wenn das Gerät versucht, bei normaler Temperatur mehr als 150 W zu verbrauchen, wird

der Überlastschutz akviert. Die Ausgangsspannung wird nicht erzeugt und die DC ON-LED erlischt. Wenn

der Lastzustand wieder normal ist, startet das Gerät automasch und die DC ON-LED leuchtet auf.

Ausgangskurzschlussschutz: Wenn am Ausgang ein Kurzschluss auri, wird der

Ausgangskurzschlussschutz automasch akviert. Die Ausgangsspannung wird nicht erzeugt und die DC

ON-LED erlischt. Wenn der Lastzustand wieder normal ist, startet das Gerät automasch und die DC ON-

LED leuchtet auf.

Thermischer Schutz: Wenn die Temperatur im Gehäuse übermäßig ansteigt, wird der thermische Schutz

automasch akviert. Die Ausgangsspannung wird nicht erzeugt und die DC ON-LED erlischt. Wenn der

Lastzustand wieder normal ist, startet das Gerät automasch und die DC ON-LED leuchtet auf
