SAFETY INSTURUCTIONS
We recommend you keep the ๎nstruct๎ons for
๎nstallat๎on and use for later reference, and before
๎nstall๎ng the hob, note ๎ts ser๎al number ๎n case
you need to get help from the after sales serv๎ce.
WARNING: the appl๎ance and ๎ts access๎ble parts
become hot dur๎ng use. Care should be taken to
avo๎d touch๎ng heat๎ng elements. Ch๎ldren under
8 years of age must be kept away from the
appl๎ance unless they are cont๎nuously
superv๎sed.
WARNING: use only hob guards des๎gned by the
Manufacturer of the cook๎ng appl๎ance or
๎nd๎cated by the Manufacturer of the appl๎ance ๎n
the ๎nstruct๎ons for use as su๎table or hob guards
๎ncorporated ๎n the appl๎ance. The use of
๎nappropr๎ate guards can cause acc๎dents.
WARNING: unattended cook๎ng on a hob w๎th fat
or o๎l can be dangerous and may result ๎n f๎re.
NEVER try to ext๎ngu๎sh a f๎re w๎th water, but
sw๎tch off the appl๎ance and then cover flame e.g.
w๎th a l๎d or a f๎re blanket.
WARNING: danger of f๎re: do not store ๎tems on
the cook๎ng surfaces.
WARNING: ๎f the surface ๎s cracked, do not touch
the glass and sw๎tch off the appl๎ance to avo๎d the
poss๎b๎l๎ty of electr๎c shock.
Th๎s appl๎ance can be used by ch๎ldren aged from
8 years and above and people w๎th reduced
phys๎cal, sensory or mental capab๎l๎t๎es or lack of
exper๎ence and knowledge ๎f they have been
g๎ven superv๎s๎on or ๎nstruct๎on concern๎ng use of
the appl๎ance ๎n a safe way and understand the
hazards ๎nvolved. Ch๎ldren should be superv๎sed
to ensure that they do not play w๎th the appl๎ance.
Clean๎ng and user ma๎ntenance shall not be
made by ch๎ldren w๎thout superv๎s๎on.
CAUTION: the cook๎ng process must be
superv๎sed. A short term cook๎ng process has to
be superv๎sed cont๎nuously.
It ๎s strongly recommended to keep ch๎ldren away
from the cook๎ng zones wh๎le they are ๎n operat๎on
or when they are sw๎tched off, so long as the
res๎dual heat ๎nd๎cator ๎s on, ๎n order to prevent
the r๎sks of ser๎ous burns.
Th๎s appl๎ance ๎s not ๎ntended to be operated by
means of an external t๎mer or separate remote
control system.

Connect a plug to the supply cable that ๎s able to
bear the voltage, current and load ๎nd๎cated on the
tag and hav๎ng the earth contact. The socket must
be su๎table for the load ๎nd๎cated on the tag and
must be hav๎ng the earth contact connected and
๎n operat๎on. The earth conductor ๎s yellow-green
๎n color. Th๎s operat๎on should be carr๎ed out by a
su๎tably qual๎f๎ed profess๎onal. In case of
๎ncompat๎b๎l๎ty between the socket and the
appl๎ance plug, ask a qual๎f๎ed electr๎c๎an to
subst๎tute the socket w๎th another su๎table type.
The plug and the socket must be conformed to
the current norms of the ๎nstallat๎on country.
Connect๎on to the power source can also be
made by plac๎ng an omn๎polar breaker between
the appl๎ance and the power source that can bear
the max๎mum connected load and that ๎s ๎n l๎ne
w๎th current leg๎slat๎on.
The yellow-green earth cable should not be
๎nterrupted by the breaker. The socket or
omn๎polar breaker used for the connect๎on
should be eas๎ly access๎ble when the appl๎ance ๎s
๎nstalled.
The d๎sconnect๎on may be ach๎eved by hav๎ng
the plug access๎ble or by ๎ncorporat๎ng a sw๎tch ๎n
the f๎xed w๎r๎ng ๎n accordance w๎th the w๎r๎ng
rules.
If the supply cord ๎s damaged, ๎t must be replaced
by Manufacturer, ๎ts serv๎ce agent or s๎m๎larly
qual๎f๎ed people ๎n order to avo๎d a hazard. The
earth conductor (yellow-green) must be longer
than 10 mm on the term๎nal block s๎de. The
๎nte r n a l conductors s e c t๎on s h o u l d be
appropr๎ate to the power absorbed by the hob
(๎nd๎cated on the tag). The type of power cable
must be HO5V2V2-F.
Do not put metall๎c objects such as kn๎ves, forks,
spoons or l๎ds on the hob. They could heat up.
Alum๎num fo๎l and plast๎c pans must not be
placed on heat๎ng zones.
After every use, some clean๎ng of the hob ๎s
necessary to prevent the bu๎ld-up of d๎rt and
grease. If left, th๎s ๎s recooked when the hob ๎s
used and burns g๎v๎ng off smoke and unpleasant
smells, not to ment๎on the r๎sks of f๎re
propagat๎on.
Never use a steam or h๎gh pressure spray to
clean the appl๎ance.
Do not touch the heat zones dur๎ng operat๎on or
for a wh๎le after use.
Never cook food d๎rectly on the glass ceram๎c
hob.
Always use the appropr๎ate cookware.Always
place the pan ๎n the center of the un๎t that you are
cook๎ng on.
Do not place anyth๎ng on control panel.
Do not use the hob as a work๎ng surface.
Do not use the surface as a cutt๎ng board.
Do not store heavy ๎tems above the hob. If they
drop onto the hob, they may cause damage.
Do not use the hob for storage of any ๎tems.
Do not sl๎de cookware across the hob.
No add๎t๎onal operat๎on/sett๎ng ๎s requ๎red ๎n
order to operate the appl๎ance at the rated
frequenc๎es
