CHANGING THE CUTTING PLATE

1. Remove the 3 Thumb Nuts and Washers from the French Fry Cutter. NOTE: When removing the last
Thumb Nut, hold on to the Cutting Plate, failure to do so, may result in the Cutting Plate falling causing
damage.
2. To remove the Pushing Plate, with the Handle in the down position, remove the 2 Push Plate Screws
from the top of the Pushing Plate.
3. Once the Push Plate Screws are removed, raise the Handle and remove the Pushing Plate.
4. Replace the Pushing Plate and secure with the 2 Push Plate Screws.
5. Replace the Cutting Plate and secure with the 3 Thumb Nuts and Washers.
NOTE: The Cutting Plate needs to be facing inward (FIGURE 2).
The dull portion of the Blades should be facing outward.

It is recommended to thoroughly clean your French Fry Cutter before and
after each use. Clean with hot, soapy water, then rinse with clean water and
dry thoroughly.
1. Remove the 3 Thumb Nuts and Washers from the French Fry Cutter.
NOTE: When removing the last Thumb Nut, hold on to the Cutting Plate,
failure to do so, may result in the Cutting Plate falling causing damage.
2. To clean between the Blades of the Cutting Plate, use a long bristle brush
to remove debris. DO NOT use your îżngers!
3. To remove the Pushing Plate, with the Handle in the down position, remove
the 2 Push Plate Screws from the top of the Pushing Plate ( ).FIGURE 1
4. Once the Push Plate Screws are removed, raise the Handle and remove
the Pushing Plate.
5. To clean the Push Plate, remove any remaining debris with a blunt object,
such as a butter knife, then thoroughly clean with a long bristle brush.

Se recomienda que limpie minuciosamente el cortador de papas a la
francesa antes y después de cada uso. Låvelo con agua caliente y
jabonosa, luego enjuåguelo con agua limpia y séquelo minuciosamente.
1. Retire las tres tuercas con orejetas y arandelas del cortador de papas a
la francesa. NOTA: Al retirar la Ășltima tuerca con orejeta, sostenga la placa
cortadora. Si no lo hace, puede caerse la placa cortadora y causar daños.
2. Para limpiar entre las hojas de la placa cortadora, use un cepillo de
cerdas largas para retirar desechos. ÂĄNO use los dedos!
3. Para retirar la placa para empujar, coloque la manivela en la posiciĂłn
inferior y retire los dos tornillos de la placa para empujar de la parte
superior de esta ( ).FIGURA 1
4. Después de retirar los tornillos de la placa para empujar, eleve la
manivela y retire la placa para empujar.
5. Para limpiar la placa para empujar, retire cualquier desecho restante
y con un objeto no punzante, como un cuchillo para mantequilla, luego
lĂmpiela minuciosamente con un cepillo de cerdas largas.

wPRECAUCIĂN Riesgo de cortaduras. Las placas de corte tienen îżlo. Tenga cuidado al
manipularlas Se recomienda el uso de guantes resistentes al corte al manipular las placas de corte.
