CONNECTIONS
1. FILTER SWITCH: I passive mode, a single n
ampliļ¬er can be used to power all drivers inside the
loudspeaker. The full frequency range is put into
the loudspeaker and the loudspeakersā internal
crossover separates the frequencies, delivering the
right frequencies to the right driver. In the example
of a 2-way passive loudspeaker, this means that
the single ampliļ¬er is powering both the HF
compression driver and the transducer. TLF he
internal crossover takes care of both the frequency
and power separation.
In bi-amp mode, two power ampliļ¬ers can be used.
This gives you the advantage of being able to
select the best power ampliļ¬er speciļ¬cations for
each driver inside the loudspeake In a bi-amp r.
conļ¬guration, an external crossover is used to
separate the frequencies and this splits the signal
to the dedicated LF ampliļ¬er and the HF ampliļ¬er.
T his way, each ampliļ¬er is only working on the
given frequency range and, in turn, is powering the
corresponding driver inside the loudspeaker.
2. INPUT: Receive the signal coming from an external
ampliīer.

3. OUTPUT: Direct link for connecting a second
