MagCharger® PowerBank™ - For Your Safety Please Read the following.
Keep this manual for future reference. It contains important information about
safe operation and maintenance of the product.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
The safety instructions in this manual have been classified according to the
seriousness of the risk, as follows:
“WARNING”: Indicates a hazardous situation that, if not avoided, could result
in serious injury or death.
“CAUTION”: Indicates a hazardous situation that, if not avoided could result
in minor or moderate injury.
“NOTICE”: Indicates information considered important that relates to
avoiding risk of damage to the MagCharger® PowerBank™ or other property.
WARNINGS:
• Do NOT expose your MagCharger® PowerBank™ to liquids or wet/moist
environments.
• Do NOT expose your MagCharger® PowerBank™ to extreme temperatures
or fire.
• Do NOT disassemble or attempt to repair your MagCharger® PowerBank™.
• Do NOT allow the external +/– terminals to be shorted together.
• Do NOT drop your MagCharger® PowerBank™ on hard surfaces (concrete, tile,
asphalt, etc).
• Li-Ion batteries may leak harmful chemicals which may damage eyes, skin,
clothing, or the inside of other devices. To avoid risk of injury, do not let any
material leaked from a battery come in contact with eyes or skin. In the event of
contact with eyes or skin, wash the affected area immediately and obtain prompt
medical attention.
• Discontinue use immediately if you notice changes in the battery such as
swelling, discoloration or leakage.
• Failure to comply with these warnings may cause the battery to leak, rupture
or explode.

• Charge temperature: 32° – 113°F (0 – 45°C)
• Discharge temperature: -4° – 140°F (-20 – 60°C)
• Storage temperature: -4° – 122°F (-20 – 50°C)
• USB-C Charging & Discharging: 5V/1A
• External (+/- terminal) Charging: Constant Current/Constant Voltage algorithm
2000mA (max) /4.2V/.01C cut-off
• External (+/- terminal) Discharging: 4000mA (max) /2.5V cut-off
NOTICES:
• It is important to use/cycle your MagCharger® PowerBank™ to keep the battery
cell healthy
• Perform a Charge/Discharge cycle at least once every 2 to 3 months
• Use the provided USB-C cable and adapters for best performance
• Never pull on the USB-C cable when unplugging it. Grasp the plug end directly.
• Always use the provided end cap when not in use to keep the USB-C port free
from dirt and debris
• Do not insert tools or cleaning instruments into the USB-C port, If the USB-C
port becomes dirty, use a can of compressed air to clean the port
• For prolonged storage, remove the MagCharger® PowerBank™ from any device
and store it separately in a non-conductive wrapping, such as a plastic bag.

PROTECTION OF CHILDREN
• This product is not a toy, and is not intended or recommended for use
by children.
• Keep the MagCharger® PowerBank™ and all accessories out of the reach of
small children – especially the small USB adapters that might present a choking
hazard.
BATTERY DISPOSAL
• Cover the external +/- terminals with insulating tape before disposal, to prevent
accidental short-circuiting.
• Never dispose of a Li-Ion battery by throwing it into a fire. Battery explosion
could result.
• Never discard a Li-Ion battery with ordinary solid wastes, as it contains
toxic substances.
• The sealed Li-Ion battery inside your MagCharger® PowerBank™ must be
recycled or disposed of properly. Contact your local solid waste authority for
proper recycling or disposal information.
GETTING STARTED:
Your new MagCharger® PowerBank™ is specifically designed as a companion to
the following MAGLITE® products: MAG-TAC® Rechargeable, ML50L/LX 2 CELL
and ML25 2 CELL.
• The MagCharger® PowerBank™ is also designed to function as a stand-alone
powerbank accessory for all compatible USB products (flashlights, Bluetooth
speakers/headsets, smartphones, smartwatches, etc)
• Charging the battery is supported from USB-C or Legacy USB-A port on any
USB, DCP, QC®*, BC 1.2 and USB-PD compatible devices such as AC/DC wall
adapters, desktop PC, laptop and integrated automotive USB ports.
• External charging is supported across the battery terminals from a stand-alone
Li-Ion battery charger (within specifications below).
