1. Remove the shredder head, waste paper basket andcasters from the packaging
2. Insert the 4 casters into the holes at the boom of thewaste paper basket
3. Posion the shredder head on the waste paper basket.
Align the shredder exactly with the connecng points and snap it firmly into place.
1. Place the shredder upright on a level surface.
2. Make sure the waste bin is properly inserted into the shredder cabinet.
3. Plug the power cord into a standard (120 volt AC) outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
